Meaty Eats Homemade Natural Beef Durum Spelt Spaghetti Bolognese
Ingredients:
- 500 gram package Spelt Pasta
- 250 ml jar Meaty Eats Bolognese Pasta Sauce
Cooking Instructions:
Pasta:
Fill large pot with cold water. (Add roughly 4 cups of water for every 100 grams of pasta to be boiled)

Bring salted water to a boil
With the water boiling, add pasta
Boil pasta in accordence to package directions (try pasta by removing a strand and tasting for consistency and salt. Pasta should be slighty cruncy before removing from heat and straining)
Sauce:
While preparing pasta, empty one jar of Meaty Eats Bolognese Sauce into sauce pan, and place under light to medium heat
simmer until heated through.
Combining:
When pasta is cooked, carefully drain into a colander, allow excess water to run off.
Place pasta in large serving container
Pour on Bolognese Sauce.
Garnish:
If desired top with finely chopped fresh Italian parsley and freshly grated Parmesean Cheese.
Preparation time: roughly 15 minutes
